This issue has been resolved by upgrading my OS to Windows 10. I have a laptop still running Windows 7 but its only difference from ASUS desktop is that its OS never applied Microsoft patches for a long time. The LWS software worked on it hence, the culprit. Whatever that patch is, it is aimed to make some devices to stop working and you'll have no choice but to get rid of Windows 7 and upgrade to Windows 10. Dirty, don't you think? Everything works under Windows 10. Lesson; When Microsoft starts announcing that they will stop supporting your Windows version at the same time while a new version has come out, you better save up to get the new OS version or suffer the same fate. Shame on Microsoft especially the one who created the patch to disable functionality of devices under old versions. Oh wait, wasn't there a news back then that a big person in Microsoft made the world aware about some sort of pandemic was about to occur? That person probably also knew that pandemics will cause lock downs. Lock down means working from home making webcam functionality becomes essential. Dirty, dirty, dirty! This website is dirty too I noticed. Look at the junk comments. So useless!
