our webcam camera is not working. The camera works for about 10 seconds and then stops. what should we do.

the camera work only few second and then turn off i am using this camera with an app called Zoom the other party can see me for a few second the then the picture disappear  i have to press the camera for the picture to to get back

I have the the similar problem, it just my Webcam shut off after a few minutes.
