When I open my camera it shows me an error..

I have retried every solution on internet to make it work.
I also reset the pc completely twice but error is not fix.
in Devicemanager , it show usb boot under cameras section.
I have tried microsoft webcam driver but thats not working.
I tried to reinstall realtek pc 2.0 camera driver. Now camera app is started but didnt show any pic, just a black screen. when we click a pic it show error code..<0xA0000F4292> PhotoCaptureStartTimout. and the green light next to camera is also not on.
sir please help what can i do to make this error fix. if it a due to driver problem then please send me link of right driver file.
