I had the same problems with this camera and I was already thinking about it when I read on the Microsoft forum that the user changed the driver from "ET USB 2760" to "USB Video Device" and the camera started working. I manually changed the driver to "USB Video Device, date 21.06.2006, ver. 10.0.19041.1, Microsoft" and so far the camera has no problems, errors or system failures. I use the camera on W10, version 2004. Tomorrow I will try it on a laptop, where I had the same problems and I will get back to you.
