1.) Uninstall/reinstall the app in these folders: program files (x86) , program data, program files
2.) install Audio driver
3.) Update Nvidia Driver with custom latest update audio
4.) Windows update
5.) go to sounds properties-> tried to default microphone or stereo mix and properties advanced untick allow applications
6.) gpedit policy -> administrative-> windows components-> privacy app-> microphone -> enabled-> user in control ->apply
phone call -> enabled -> user in control -apply
. regedit:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CapabilityAccessManager\ConsentStore\microphone --- click on right side
set Value to Allow
if no "Value" entry> right click on space>New String Value (rename to "Value"> Modify and set Value to "Allow"
change default browser between edge, chrome & firefox
test with or without antivirus
test while joined to domain and not
test the app in laptop- microphone access is allowed, only in desktop that the microphone access is not working.
