i have been at this for an hour and 15 min with no avail. i was supposed to start work at 10.my tm is on vacay so i was trying to figure it out muself and when i couldnt, i called the just answer line and the guy told me to go to IT chat . It chat says to try asll these trouble shotting steps first , which ive been trying to do but keeop losing instructions when i have ot log out of citrix, this is taking me a long time and i need it documented at least because i was supposed to be oin the phones an hour and 15 minutes ago(at 10) and time is passing and still not fixed.
