when i run the mic test the website says I have multiple mics and I need to choose one. I only have one mic on the laptop. When i chose it and i speak there is now recognition I have to tap the mic on the screen for it to recognise sound. I have tested the mic using Voice Recorder so i know there are no hardware issues with the PC
