My Sony Stereo Lavalier Microphone ECM-LV1 is working fine in your website but is not recording in PC, What to do?

It working fine till day before yesterday... Now Grrrr sound seems to come when i listen to the voice recorder file... It is working fine in your website but not in pc .. what to do .. please help me..
