All my wires are plugged in properly, the razer kraken only has 1 jack but the laptop has separate holes for audio and mic so I use a splitter cable (always plugged in correctly and in correct holes). But whenever I am on a voice call with someone (tried on discord and google meet) and for example, I play a youtube video, it sends them all the audio from that video to them and same goes for all types off audio originating in the laptop and me hearing it in my headphones.
It isn't that the volume on the headset is so high that the mic is picking it up and it isn't the case that the audio is coming from my laptop's speakers and then being picked up by the mic.
Any ideas on what the problem is? and/or how to fix it? help would be greatly appreciated.
