I first bought this headset on 2019 and everything works well.
I don't know what changes made on logitech software / firmware, or even windows update. But suddenly all my friends on discord and on other voice call apps told me that my sound sometimes can't be heard (too low).
I tried reinstalling logitech g hub and reinstall audio device, and there's still no change.
Does anyone knows what happened? Or does anyone experience anything similar like this?
