The integrated webcam on my Inspiron 3475 works okay but the FPS (frame rate) is zero. How to fix this. Also, poor connection as the signal kept dropping off while doing a webcam interview. I moved my WI-FI router to a more open location so it is not blocked by a wall or behind another object. So I might have solved this issue. I am unable to solve the zero frame rate.
