I want to record my audition for drama school which is a requirement for entry. Once I have recorded in the 'Webcam Test' page what do I do? I click 'download on the bottom corner and my PC (Dell Desktop) doesn't recognise any format and I can't save it.
I am not very technical so I would like exact step by step instructions, please. Thanks, I am on Windows 7 or 8. Unsure.
